Microsoft releases Windows 7 RTM and Office 2010
Today, during the Worldwide Partner Conference 2009 in New Orleans, Microsoft confirmed the content the important announcement that was expected.
Chris Capossela, Senior Vice President of Microsoft Business Division has made Office 2010, the new suite of software that is expected in the first half of next year.
Office 2010 comes even now in a phase of somewhat enlarged Technical Preview which will involve thousands of testers and will begin in the coming months.
The big news of Office 2010 is part of the Web, which includes the various software suite in light version available online and free and clear answer to Google Docs.
Office Web also enter a phase of testing in private beta.
Microsoft has also released, as expected, the RTM version of Windows 7 given to Partners who will be available in the coming days, while the final OS will be available to the public from 22 October.
UPDATE: Microsoft clarifies Windows 7 later that RTM will be released in the second half of July.
